Geiser-Weaver is offering several fine art badges for Girl Scouts for the 2023-2024 school year season. For all lessons the girls will complete all necessary requirements to earn the badge. We do not provide the actual badge, it is your responsibility to purchase badges for your troop. All materials to finish the badges is provided. All badge workshops require a reservation. There is a $50.00 minimum for a workshop, regardless the number of students in your group. All badge workshops require a reservation with the deposit due one month in advance and the remainder due one day prior to the lesson (however you will need to provide the number of scouts one week in advance so I can prep for your lesson and I will invoice you for that number of scouts, but you can change that number up until one day prior to the lesson), no payment accepted at the lesson. I will no longer provide any refunds for absent scouts, instead you will be provided a take home kit for the scout to complete on her own.  Payment can be made by debit/credit card simply by paying the invoice provided to you.  Check tab called: “Scout Lesson Availability Calendar” for dates that I have open for lessons for both afternoon or evening.  Lessons are approximately 1 hour –  1 hour and fifteen minutes – depending on which lesson you choose and the age level.  Due to fluctuating gas prices, any lesson outside the city limits of South Lyon will be assessed a gas fee. It will be based on my GPS from my home address to your location the shortest way round trip. I will add this fee in on the final bill that is due at least one day prior to the lesson. Gas fees are between $5.00 – $10.00 depending on how far I have to travel.
